Julie Ollier, Sex Therapist

ABOUT

I had a complicated start to life which left its mark but also a lot of positive things because I gained from it a great open-mindedness, a capacity for empathy and listening which naturally led me towards the field of psychology.

Alongside my studies, I underwent personal therapy . This allowed me to grow, in addition to allowing me to understand the role of therapist.

Helping others, supporting my neighbor, have always been at the center of my life and that is why I turned to human professions : parental assistant, hypnotherapist, parenting support, etc. allowing me today to provide a more global form of therapy.

I also free up time to carry out voluntary missions, in a LAEP and with a child suffering from ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder).

I had the opportunity to practice online during my roadtrip, which allowed me to experience the possibility of a therapeutic alliance despite a gap of several hundred kilometers! =)

This long journey guided me on my internal journey .

Exposure to diverse cultures was an exciting challenge: nomads, expatriates, travelers, you are welcome.

And speaking of travel... I am here to accompany you on the path to well-being , moving at your own pace ; and to help you mobilize the capacities that lie dormant within you.

We will achieve this through interviews where I will listen to you attentively and caringly .

But remember, you will ultimately do most of the work, I am just a guide! ;)

I use different currents of psychology: health, development, aging, interculturality, and base myself on an integrative approach which brings together different aspects of therapy: analytical, behavioral, systemic, etc. but mainly practices the person-centered approach of Carl Rogers, which is part of humanistic therapy.
